Today two related events happened in my life. I cleaned and jerked 65# (wow) at the gym where I teach a senior fitness class and I got to watch a documentary on Cheryl lifting unbelievable weights. Go Girl!!
My 42 year old son is the Coast Guard TISCOM Commanding officer so our house is gung ho CG.
